Overview

By using the Fruit Basket Malaysia website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Products and pricing

• All product images are for illustration purposes. Since we work with fresh fruits and flowers, the actual arrangement may vary slightly in colour, size, or composition depending on seasonal availability.
• Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if specific fruits or flowers are unavailable.

Orders

• All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Once an order is confirmed, we will do our best to prepare and deliver it as requested.
• We may contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp to verify order details if needed.

Delivery

• We deliver within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Delivery to areas outside this coverage is not available at this time.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm, subject to availability.
• A delivery fee of RM 15 applies. Orders above RM 200 qualify for free delivery.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact them. We are not liable for arrangements left with a third party at the delivery location.

Cancellations and refunds

• Orders may be cancelled up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may have already begun.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Accounts

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design, belongs to Fruit Basket Malaysia. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Fruit Basket Malaysia is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
